Why was my order blocked?

Here at DomainCity we take fraud very seriously. We have an automated system in place to screen all new orders at sign up for signs of potential fraud. There are several factors that determine what orders we will block and those which we will not block and every order detected automatically as fraud by this system is manually reviewed.

If you are placing a legitimate order and you are blocked from proceeding please contact sales@domaincity.nz, open a support ticket, start a chat or give us a call and we can unblock the order pending further human verification.
